Firstly, I take the Miracle Reds and Macro Greens together. i.e. 1 scoop (tbsp) of each. I like it perfectly fine with water, but it's really good with sugar free grape drink. I can't remember the brand I get atm, but Shoprite sells it - picture sugar free Kool-Aid. I use 1/2 water and 1/2 of this grape drink. I only use 8oz of water for BOTH scoops; they recommend alot more liquid on the container, but 8oz works for me - gives it a strong (but good IMO) flavor.
Purple Wraath - also perfectly fine in water IMO. I use 4-6oz ice cold water with 2 scoops. The grape drink mentioned above is also great tasting with this, since PW is essentially grape in flavor to begin with.

greens in my protein shakes, purple wraath solo. At first it tastes like medicine but after a while its not too bad. Just takes some getting used to. Still don't care for the greens though.

Twist - have you tried any other green drinks? Macro greens is close to the top of the list when it comes to taste... it only gets worse from there, lol!

Nah. I just drink it regardless of taste. I chug and its done it 5 seconds so it's not a big deal. If it was something I sipped on throughout the day I might care. Same as wraath, I just chug.

Most of the reviews I read (and I read a ton of them, trust me) indicated most people were taking 1 scoop of each daily. However, we have no idea of these people's lifestyles. Chances are they're healthy, but we don't know their activity level or goals.
I am running a specific rigid diet - so I have 3 non-starchy carb days in a row. On those days, i'm doing 5 scoops of each. i.e. a scoop of each with all but 2 meals for those 3 days.
Once I'm on more of a maintenance type diet (or at least one not focused around fat loss), i'll normalize things more and will likely do 2 servings of each per day, every day. These are a great fat loss aid because some of the good stuff in there 'vacuums' up free radicals and such.
I don't personally take it daily, but there are people who do. I would definitely take it any time I had to do activity fasted; cardio, etc. Some people use it intra-workout, some use it pre (I actually just started doing 1 scoop/half a serving pre workout along with my meal, just for some extra boost) and/or post workout.
There's no rule. Some BCAA's especially leucine are responsible for kick starting protein synthesis. It's never a bad idea to have a readily available supply of aminos in the bloodstream (frequent/regular meals containing complete protein sources will take care of that however).

Me too! I used to wonder about veggies because I don't enjoy making, storing, or eating them... like... why do I need them? Let's say I take multivitamins, minerals, etc... and my goal is fat loss... as long as everything else is in place (caloric deficit, cardio, training, etc) would my results be any less without veggies?
Nowadays, I understand their place and importance in any diet, ESPECIALLY a fat loss diet. Veggies do much more than provide vitamins and such. Pretty amazing actually. Granted, raw veggies would be the best option, but realistically I am at least getting something (which is better than nothing) out of the Macro Greens and Miracle Reds.

Nice...Are there any issues/sides such as farting or the shits from green/reds?
I assume these products are available at stores like GNC?

Lmao! Not that I've experienced... i'll let the others speak for themselves! One of the great benefits of the greens is it helps make your body much more alkaline. Many of us are so acidic because of the food choices (readily) available to us.
I wouldn't buy anything from GNC - way overpriced. The net is the way to go. I like netrition dot com.

How did you take it? Did you try any of the 'tricks' I mentioned? You should at least take the green and red together; it's MUCH more tolerable that way IMO.
REALLY? This is surprising - it contains a bit of beta alanine which should give you a bit of an energetic feeling if anything (granted it's a small amount). Is this the first time you've used it?
