I posted awhile back about my diet and I said I was going to be drinking a protien drink for an snack between meals. The drink has 40g of protien 2g carb and 180 cals. When I posted this someone remarked "what kind of protien drink only has 180 cals with 40g of protien." I was wondering if anyone can comment on the ABB protien drinks, are they worth it, or are they bogus? If they are bad what should I have instead?
