Spices, spices, and more spices! Also, hot sauce can liven up many a dish. Anything in particular you're having a tough time with?

-Molly mcbutter - great on steamed veggies, eggs, toast...etc
-Hot sauce
-Diced onions - goes well with a lot of meals. Try adding these to eggs, with Molly mcbutter and a piece of chopped turkey bacon....mmmm. I'm gonna have that right now
-Garlic salt
-Seasoning salt
-small amounts of BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce
There r really a ton of options. These r just the main ones for me

I like making a healthy version of Chinese 'fried' rice.
Cook your brown rice as usual - I like cooking in vegetable stock for flavor.
In the meantime, saute a bit of onion on high heat, and use low sodium soy sauce to taste. You can add chicken, shrimp, veggies, etc. - whatever you like really.
toss together with the rice - actually comes out good, and it's not fried obviously.
Red meat - steaks, or ground beef?
