BF between 12-15% (not sure)
Currently running Prop,EQ (100mg ea EOD) & Winny (75mg ED).
I do cardio only; twice a day at a moderate pace for a 1hr each. Train 5 days a week & take long walks on Sat-Sun.
Diet consist of 300grams of a lean whey MRP bar or drink. I'll also mix it with my oatmeal & I eat fruit not a lot but when I get the munchies I eat fruit.
I've gone no where for the past two weeks I've been stuck at 225lbs.
Where am I going wrong? I'm trying to get to walking around at 200lbs w/o cutting weight just natural walking around.
