Need help with 1st meal of the day!!!!

i need some big help with the first meal of the day. i need a combination of foods that will keep me full for about 3+ hours. reason being? i have school from 8-1120 with no breaks in between for a meal or even a quick shake. i need something that will keep me full for long well because last year i eat like garbage and had a bowl of sugary cereal for breakfast. found out the hard way that it really didnt keep me full for more then 1 hr. my stomach GROWLED beyond belief in class and it was very embarrassing. i need a meal that will help prevent this from happening this year lol. help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Do you have access to a kitchen and will you cook?

    Oat Pancakes:

    1 cup oats
    1 cup egg whites
1 cup fat free cottage cheese

splash of water if need be for batter consistency
    Splenda all you want
nutmeg, dash if you so desire
    drop of vanilla, if desired

First: Blend the oats in a blender until real powdery (no water just blend dry )
Add all the above ingredients and blend until a good consistency for a pancake

Cook on griddle/pan which should be real hot sprayed with Pam....and then cook like a regular pancake

    TOP with:
Sugar free syrup and banana, raspberries or blueberries
and drop a bit of plain Greek yogurt to spread around the pancake and sprinkle yogurt with splenda too

    ENJOY!

MAKES 3 BIG PANCAKES! so good for 3 meals.

^^^ this oat pancake recipe can be bulked up with more if you so desire with more whole eggs and some higher calorie cottage cheese.
When I eat these pancakes? I am good for a few hours. Very filling. And this way after you make a batch you will have some batter left over for the next day depending on how big your pancake is!

    ENJOY!

Oats fill me up bigtime, actually bloat me but it's a good/full feeling bloat.

1/2 cup oats, 1.5 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder (blend of casein/whey/egg, etc), 1/2 banana

This is my typical meal 1.

thank you for your posts. question. i would sometimes have a casein shake. isnt casein supposed to keep you full for a long period of time? even that wouldnt keep me full for long.
