    Weight today is 172.2

    i am going to be low carb for awhile. Carbs Will be consumed morning, pre and post workout.
    I Will consume approx 260g protein, 101g carbs and 60g fats. This is about 1950 calories. Think this is a good starting point for me!

    I Will also be taking a multi, vitamin c and b complex.
    Will consume creatine immediately pwo and my shake approx twenty minutes later.

    Workout tonight is chest and back. I plan to kill it..

    At the minute cardio is 3-4 days a week soccer training. I may add 20 minutes pwo depending on my progress.

    Diet was perfect yesterday! About 100g carbs from brown rice and oats.
    Fats were at 35-40g coming from nuts and fish oil caps.
    Had a circuit class last night. Legs are little tight and and abs are so sore i can't sit up.

    Today much of the same! Not in gym today as i have soccer training! Will be in tomorrow for chest and back!
    All meals are gtg! Hopefully another good day!

    looking good KJ. IMO, you really do not need the creatine. if you must have it, make sure you are drinking plenty of water

    ...just wanted to mention that with low carb eating, drinking lots of water is important to help with constipation/dehydration/bad breath/excess Ketones from building up that comes along with Ketones /low carb eating

    Havnt updated as I have been busy...

    Had a very tough week I must admit. Many times I questioned my will power and drive to do what I have been doing.

    Will be updating tomorrow on my plan for the whole week.

    Hopefully I have a better week this week than the last.

    Weekly Plan

    Workouts this week will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday with soccer training on Tuesday/Thursday.

    Split will be: Mon - Chest/Back
    Wed - Shoulders/Arms
    Fri - Legs

    Plan is to cook every sunday and wednesday...

    Cals are around 1800... Carbs are at 130 with 95g coming from brown rice and sweet potato. The rest from veggies.

    Will be having six meals a day.. Might bump to 7 but I dont have the time really!

    One Cheat meal per week on a saturday night! Keeps the gf happy

    Think im gtg for this week. Will be weighing in tomorrow. Id be happy being the same weight maybe even a 1lb drop.

    Sounds like a good plan bro! Keep us posted throughout the week with how you feel, energy levels, etc. especially during soccer training.

    Ok sorry havnt updated lately was waiting on my new laptop to arrive and the phone is not great. its a pain.

    As of today ive been 100%.
    3 workouts and 1 soccer training. Diet spot on and i am down 2.5 lbs which is very pleasing.

    will update over the weekend and my plan for this week coming.

    Weekly Plan 24/10 - 30/10

    I have high hopes for this week. My schedule is to change a lot for the next six weeks as I have been relocated by my job for six weeks but with regular working hours.

    Tomorrow I will weigh in and I will do this every other day.

    Diet will be the same every day except for the protein source ( example day 1 - chicken, day 2 - pork chop, day 3 - lean mince etc...)
    I will start eating at 1800 cals/day and will remain at this for awhile using HIIT cardio and soccer training to create a greater deficit.
    I will be taking a MV, Vit C and B complex everyday along with 2 fish oil caps every meal.
    Macros are ~ 50 / 30 / 20.
    Im a small guy so fat loss is my main concern.

    Due to soccer i will be on a 3 day split.
    Day 1 - Chest and Back
    Day 2 - Shoulders, Traps and Arms
    Day 3 - Legs
    I will alternate workouts frequently to keep my body guessing.

    I have soccer training in between each workout.


    Think that is all for now. If anyone has any suggestions or advice drop them in. If I cam implement them I will. All support welcome.
