    I need a diet to bulk up

    I'm 19 year old 5'8 135 pounds trying hit 155 within 4-6 weeks. Any recommended diets within a student budget and not time consuming? I also sleep 12 hours a day.

    Mate nobody is going to make a diet for you. Some people here get paid to make diets from scratch. I suggest reading the stickies/educational threads and then post up a diet you've created along with the protein/fats/carbs/cals of each food+meal then from there members will be able to help.

    You sleep too much and eat too little, 8 hours is enough. There is your diet. 20lbs in 6 weeks probably isn't realistic unless you have some amazing genes. As far as time consuming, this is a lifestyle and its going to take time to plan and prepare your meals.
