Cool 1st day on revised diet. determined.

I'm really focusing on my diet, I haven't stopped reading/researching and crunching numbers with foods these past few days until I felt that I was ready to attack this.

    My stats:

    5'5
    25 years old
    170lbs.
    BF % ~14

I feel like anyone can pack on the weight and be big and bulky. My goal is to get my BF% between 6-8%. I am just finishing up a 12 week cycle. Here was my cycle brown down:

    1-12 Test prop 100mg EOD
    1-12 Var 70mg ED
    6-12 Mast 100mg EOD

I've changed my diet a bunch and I'm going to do everything possible to stick to it. I started today and here is how it looks:

    8am
    1/2 cup oatmeal 150/27/3/5
    6 egg whites 150/0/0/30
    1 scoop whey 120/3/1/24
    Total: 420/30/4/59

    1030am
6oz Chobani plain greek yogurt 105/7/0/17
    1oz natural almonds 167/5/15/6
    Total: 272/12/15/23

    130pm
    6oz grilled chicken 300/0/3/28
    1/2 cup string beans 20/4/0/1
    Total: 320/4/3/29

    4pm
    1 scoop whey 120/3/1/24

    6pm (Pre-Workout)
    6oz grilled chicken 300/0/3/28
    1/2 cup oatmeal 150/27/3/5
    Total: 450/27/6/33

    10pm (Post-Workout)
    2 scoops whey 240/6/2/48

    1045pm
6oz grilled pork chop 190/0/7/33 (this will change with chicken/tilapia)
    1/4 cup corn 33/8/0/1
    1/2 cup spinach 21/3/0/3
    Total: 244/11/7/37

    12am
    1 scoop casein 120/3/1/24
    _______________________________
    Total: 2,186/96/39/277 (calories/carbs/fat/protein)

I'm wondering if my calories need to go down more to achieve my goal. I love food and this is almost breaking my heart lol. But I'm determined and only time will tell how determined I actually am.

Over the next few months I am going to decide what my next cycle will be. I do not want to do a bulking cycle over the winter. I feel as though for my height and weight any bigger I wouldn't look good. I would like to be 160-170 with 6% BF

Critique everything and throw in some suggestions. Hopefully my experience and knowledge can help someone else out there that wants similar goals.

I'm actually eager to get off the cycle and start PCT. These next few months without any AAS is what I'm most looking forward to, even more so then this previous cycle. I would have used the cycle you are currently ending to cut - it would surely have maintained substantial muscle while dropping bodyfat. Either way - water under the bridge. I do not under any circumnstances running atg caloric deficit during pct - id strongly consider that opinion.
As far as the diet it looks good - id make one simple change - lose the corn; IMO corn peas and carrots are not the best veggie choices for a cut - broc / asparagus / brussel sprouts / spinach / zuchini - all much better imo. Im being very picky -1/2 cup corn is minimal - but you have some ambitious goals that will require a fairly impeccable diet.

I was going for a cut when I did this cycle. My diet wasn't on point as this one that I made, but it was decent enough where I should have had better results. Unfortunately, I think the gear was weak or I should have done the prop and mast at a higher dose. Either way, it was a waste of money and effort. This wasn't my first cycle and I saw barely any results from before I started. I've put that behind me, decided to focus on my diet and do more research on obtaining my gear on the next run.

I will take the corn out and put in the other vegetables you suggested.

So you're suggesting I start this diet after I've finished my PCT? Is it because my body is trying to recoup from taking AAS?
