    Goji berries and Cacao nibs

Phate suggested eating Goji berries and Cacao powder. So I got some dried Goji berries and got some Cacao nibs.

How much of the Goji should I eat daily?
How much of the Cacao nibs daily?

    THANKS~

i have been doing a 1/4 cup of goji berries every morning with the pancakes, or in my cottage cheese. i have been doing two teaspoons a day of cocoa (un-sweetened), one in my pancake and one in my cottage cheese at night. don't know the RDI on it but this is what i have been doing. if ya got the nibs, have fun, the are bitter as all hell!

I like dark chocolate covered goji berries...Sure they are not that good for you, but they sure taste good!!!
They sell them at Fresh & Easy and Trader Joe's..If you live in So Cal.
