Help
Hey I am in need if some help I weight 260 and I am 6 ft tall and who kmows what the bf is. I am needing help on a good diet and how people feel about doing clen . I have never taken anything before but I am willing to to whatever I have to do to get results. Any help will be appreciated. I have also just got a gym membership so I am going to start working out aswell

Welcome to the board, and congrats on joining a gym and making the decision to change your body.
Read all of the sticky's and spend plenty of time reading other threads all over this board - there is a TON of information for you to learn, right here.
Stay away from clen and anything else right now. Correct me if i'm wrong but it sounds like you have no diet or training knowledge at all. Learn the basics, get your fundamentals in check, and make progress. Later on you can reconsider clen and the like when progress slows.

You are correct I have no diet or work out routine I am just getting in to this that why I am trying to figure out the best way to go. Thanks for the advise.

Welcome and you came to the best place to get your body to where you want it to be~
When you have a chance, please post up a sample of what you are eating and the time of day. This way the members can review your foods. You might have some good choices which need to stay and some others which need to go. Tweaking here and there will help you to get this going.
Consistency is the secret to this. And slow wins the race. And this sounds like it might take too long hearing that, but I am guessing you want to change your lifestyle while you are at it so you do not have to start over again.
