whats up folks..ive been off the juice for about 2 almost 3 months now and ive decided to lean back down..lack of motivation and stress has really taken a toll on my diet so im kicking it back up a notch..however, currently im kind of broke so it will be some cheap conveinience foods..this is how i will be dieting and im sure it will receive some critisicm but the fewer the cabrbs..the leaner i get..additionally nothing is weighed or too scientific, whatever feels right as i am not competing
1. Meal 1..supreme protein bar with a half cup of oatmeal
2. meal 2..egg white omelette with sausage and peppers
3. meal 3..two chicken breasts and wild rice
4. meal 4 post owkrout..either two atkins protein bars or a whey shake
5. meal 5 large portion of lean ground beef
