Is there much of a difference for buying deli meat that has nitrates, etc. or going for the all-natural ones that don't have it. It's 9.99 per lb for non-nitrate and 5.99 per lb with nitrates. Both are very good reputable brands.

preservatives, nitrates, nitrites, etc. are nasty stuff. Stay away from it if you care about a clean diet.
