Hey guys (and gals),
Does anybody have a problem with lack of appetite on a low calories (500 debited) low carb (under 200g/day) diet with lots of cardio and lifting?
I've been dieting for about 4 weeks now, and my appetite is starting to crash. I feel great, though and I'm making very solid progress in weight loss (actually managed to add muscle and lose fat).
Is this something to be worried about?
Or maybe I'm bored?
