Reading through a lot of these diets i see (a cup full) popping up alot????. When u say cup full are we talking a normal size cup???? Need to no how much oats to take of a morning ????

1 cup would equal 1 cup full... i.e. NOT 8oz necessarily, but rather the measure of 1 cup.
A serving of oats is 1/2 cup - that's always dry measure.
