I read AandF's post "Hardgainer?" so I decided to try and plan my meals for the future days to see how much I am getting and it is no where near that, I eat 6-8 meals a day so I must not be eating the right stuff.
It said 300g protein , 400g carbs, and 150g fats. It doesn't have to be exact but I want something around here. I am currently only getting half of that on a bout everything. Can someone give me a daily diet that would get this through the day or an idea of what to be cooking?
