Bulk Diet Help
I read AandF's post "Hardgainer?" so I decided to try and plan my meals for the future days to see how much I am getting and it is no where near that, I eat 6-8 meals a day so I must not be eating the right stuff.
It said 300g protein , 400g carbs, and 150g fats. It doesn't have to be exact but I want something around here. I am currently only getting half of that on a bout everything. Can someone give me a daily diet that would get this through the day or an idea of what to be cooking?Last edited by BabyGymRat; 09-20-2011 at 12:08 PM.

On a different thread you state that you grow great naturally. Hardgainers don't grow great without some serious hard work in the gym and the kitchen, even then........ So why do you need to change what you are doing?
Also, can you list your stats - I know you are 18yo. Your weight, height and bodyfat too please.
And if you can list what your current diet is with macro's for each meal and totals.
Also, your goals would help, you have a clear focus on where you want to be in 12 weeks time?
And, finally, will you be doing this clean or are you insistent on going with AAS?

I might of said great but it's more like decent, and I know it will be better with a good diet. Also hard work in the gym I definitely have down, its the diet that's holding me back.
18, 127, 5'4, 12% bf.
Do you want a screenshot of it? I track it with myplate. The daily totals (for today) it differs depending on whats in the fridge and what I have made previously, are;
Daily Intake Totals
Cals
2586
Fat
89 g
Cholesterol
385 mg
Sodium
3403 mg
Carbs
275 g
Fiber
31 g
Protein
205 g
Sugars
121 g
A solid 140 in 12 weeks is my goal, solid 130 in a month of good dieting is also a goal. I say solid because my weight is always changing from 124-129 daily.
I won't be doing AAS right now for sure, regardless a good diet is needed.

Well, I''m not saying you should eat the same thing everyday but..... it's so much easier to run a diet with the right macro's with a plan and you should really have a 'spine' to the plan.
My meals are all pretty much the same, day in, day out. The only one that really changes is meal 5. But I plan that so the macro's are right. Not hunt around the fridge and larder in a panic to hit my macro's which would likely be of a poorer choice.
Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Can i suggest you list your mainstay meals for a day, with macro's and we'll have a look. Just because your macro's may be ok, doesn't mean your food choices are the best they can be.
Good to hear you are going to stay clean!

eggs, pb&j, tuna, and oatmeal all in different orders but I almost eat those things every day.
I don't mind eating the same thing for the most part, day in, day out whatever if I will get past a buck 29 with it ill do it.

Dude, list your meals not just some of the food. I'm not writing your diet for you. If you don't have a plan, get one and list it.
eg
Meal 1
50g Oats
250ml Soya Milk
1 whole egg plus 2 egg white
80g strawberries
C40/P40/F10 Cals - 410
etc.
