    Help with Diet??

    I'm looking for a new bulking diet thats affordable can anybody suggest a daily meal plan for me?? I'm 21 y/o 5'10" 160lbs I have a fast metabolism so it's hard for me to gain weight and keep it. I'm trying to get atleast 15 lbs on or more. Please help point me in the right direction!

    Post up your current diet mate, and we can help you sort it out. The more info you provide, the better we can help. This means including time of day for each meal, time of day for your workout, and complete/accurate macro nutrient info for each meal, plus a daily total. It'll take some work on your part if you don't already have this figured (I get the feeling you don't), but it's necessary.

    Correct I dont really have anything right now except some recipes for meals. I'd like to get someone elses meal plan that worked for them for bulking. Im very new to the diet part of working out and am now willing to try it to make my goal.

    Just because a plan worked for somebody, or 100 people for that matter, doesn't mean it will work for you. We all have different requirements and react to things differently. What's your current BF? If you don't know, post up a few pics of yourself so we can see what we're dealing with.

    k So I cant figure this picture thing out but I got my profile picture up. So if your able to see that then thats what your dealing with. Im guessing around 10% bf.

    Cant see a pic? Here are my ideas for bulking food: potatoes, oatmeal, yams, white/brown rice, sweet potatoes thats as far as carbs. Protein: chicken, fish, steak, turkey and ground beef. To bulk clean, I would suggest sugar intake to be very low possibly 20-35g a day. No soda, candy, chips. Good luck.
