    Cool Help with vitamins/minerals!

Okay so I've been working out for 3 years and I keep trying to do more, add in things I need. So my diet is pretty good but I was wondering what to use for vitamins and minerals ect.
    Right now I use
    -a multivitamin/mineral. (which I know doesn't cover everything),
    - vitamin C,
    - I added in Vitamin B (to get all of them in one).
-Calcium (my parents have it around so I figured I'll add it in, I don't always drink milk)
-Omega 3 fish oil....so could you guys point out what im missing plz??

~ Calcuim is good, high test levels can leach calcium from your bones, add in some Vit-D when you take it as it promotes the uptake of the calcuim in your body
~ Add in some fiber supplimentation with every meal, it is great for all round health, digestion, heart disease, you name it!
~ Digestion enzymes are great if you have a high protein diet, you can get single or muliti enzymed products mine is called "Multizyme" by Bioceuticals and it has amylase, protease, lipase, ticactase, cellulase, bromelains and papain. Just pop a few capsules in before every meal. Or you can break them into any of your blender drinks if you do it that way
~ Glucosamine is a great one for joint health, bodybuilding puts lots of stresses on joints so it probably doesn't hurt to have them covered.

Use ZMA, melatonin, vitamin E, cranberry pill, flaxseed oil. BCAA are great with every meal. Glucosamine is a waste of money in my opinion, research I've read said it doent do much.

Okay thanks, I wanted to add in some things but just the most important so I don't a ton of $$ on it, but I know alot of them are important. So on top of the fish oil I need flaxeed? That has the 2 acids, lineolic and lineolenic that you need too I think..so would those two cover all of the fats/oils?

I'm reading a book that covers it but it's alot of info and doesn't say exactly what you do need. Thanks!
