A little history about my right shoulder joint problem. During my first cycle, which I was on 400mg/wk of test e, I used to use heavy weights after I am done with the planned sets with few negative reps. After I finished the cycle, I continue doing the same thing. One day I was doing dumbbell curls with 50lb I moved my right shoulder because it was too much weight for me. Something happened there. I wasn't sure what was it. The next few months I couldn't go to the gym at all or lift any weight. I started sharing my experience with another body building site and I was guided to use deca with test. Once I started the cycle, all my joints started to feel better gradually to the point that I have never experienced before. My shoulder problem healed completely and I started using very heavy weights that I couldn't even imagine before.

Now that you know that, I wouldn't say that my shoulder is having the same problem as before I used deca but there is a problem. Even when I move my arms I must be careful and stay aligned.

One thing I remembered today, that I stopped using barbell bench presses in the past because of this issue and I used dumbbells bench presses instead. That what I started doing today. On the other hand, I started today's routine (chest and bis) with external rotations. Somehow I believe this exercise may help this issue.

And your goal right now is to learn to eat better for a lifestyle change. There are some members who get by eating all they want with gh but not many. When I took hgh I felt like a moose and one reason I am here. Put on about 20 pounds with it.
So you gained fat or muscles with it? I'd love to hear more about your experience with HGH but here is a hint, not everybody uses HGH for mass, I know some using it to loss fat because it does increase fat loss. I am also thinking about it because of its healing capability. I am wondering if it will help my joints.

There is clearly an issue if you are still suffering. Deca will/has only masked the problem. Go see a sports therapist/physio who should be able to pinpoint the problem and help you fix it.

ANd dumbbells are, generally, a much smarter choice for pressing moves for those with shoulder issues. And, indeed, those without!

I only went to a chiropractor but I have't seen him for a while now. I'll look for a sport's therapist.

I bought a new casien protien that is not the same as the one I had before. This one has this macros:
    32 g protein
    18 g of carbs
    12 g of fat.
These carbs have 4g of sugar. Should I continue taking it at night?

That's a load of carbs and fat for a casein shake. Well, I guess you gotta use it but just make sure it fits in with your macro's.

And read the label before you buy next time.

What is the macros for 4 oz of chicken after cooking. I just fry them with enough olive oil so it does not stick to the pan.

HGH does create lean muscle mass which is how people get leaner on hgh. You can be leaner and bigger at the same time. Why do you think so many BB's want it? My goal was to get smaller. NOT bigger. But food makes the difference more than anything else. Also gh and insulin do not really get along so you have to keep this in mind. You are not to eat on either side of injection especially carbs. Some people think it helps their joints. But the best part? the SLEEP! best sleep in the world. Vivid cinematic dreams.....

^^ it is. I can tell you that the sleep is so deep and epic like color chromed and enjoyable. Also a deep sense of well being.
Think about it. Babies are pumping gh big time and that is when they grow while sleeping...

    Updates

Here is my status and all improvements for the last four weeks:

    1) No smoking at all. Only some hookah (shisha) occasionally.
    2) Loving the food plan and the life style.
    3) Go to the gym 4 days/week after years of no gym at all.
    4) First time in my life that I am actually doing cardio regularly (between 5-6 times per week, 30 minutes each)
    5) According to my digital scale, I lost total of 5lbs of body weight, 7.11 of fat, and gained 1.17 of muscle
    6) more sense of well being.

The hardest part so far is to not cheat at all. Two days ago I did cheat with some candies and on the dinner I ate 5 whole eggs. So I am still yo-yoing but over all my body feels strong and more in shape.

    On the down side:
    1) Meditating and doing yoga became second priority. I don't like that. I need to make sure that these still fit into my schedule even a little bit every day.

    Thx SlimmerMe

I am unhappy about my progress and I did cheated a couple of times around the Halloween. I wonder if I go carb cycling instead, maybe this would work better for my schedule and life style.
However, I am still following the program but I do very well for a while then lose it all, very disappointing.

    You are welcome!

HEy! this is a game of ups and downs and we are not robots and the main thing is to jump back on the horse and giddy up and get back in the gym and keep remembering this: SLOW wins this race with consistency. That is the key.

Yes, dealing with the downs and stay consistent is what I am doing. I love going to the gym and I love my food plan. Still thinking about carb cycling. I had a job assignment that I had to work nights and days during the last four days. I did not go to gym and I did not do cardio however, I stayed on the food plan. One thing I must mention, people are noticing some physic changes. Muscles are showing while warring a T-Shirt. I am done with the assignment and now I am back to work normally.

This is good that people are noticing. Are you taking any pics? Not necessarily to post on here but more as a reference to yourself.

Shit I fall of the wagon again. I am a food addict. I also started waking up very late that I can't start my day with cardio as I used to. I will continue to post about my struggles and success. Today I started motivating myself to go back on the food plan again.
