Hello everyone. I am new to the site, but not to the gym. I have been in and out of the gym for the last 10 years. I have been serious the last year going 4-5 times a week. I am a 27 year old male, 6'1" and 210 lbs. My BF is somewhere around 15-18%. I am looking to drop down to 195. I try to eat right, but the problem that I am having is I work nights. I have been preparing my food to bring to work, but feel as though I am not eating near enough. I was wanting to know if I could get some help putting together a meal plan that would give me the best chance to become as lean as I can. Thanks for you help!
