I have recently been cutting and as you know in terms of what you get to eat this blows especially compared to when you are bulking. I am always on the look out for better tasting stuff and I think I found a good one for me at least. Just wanted to see if anyone had any objections to making this a staple in a cutting or bulking diet cuz I feel I could eat this quite often.
basically its a burger but I used extra lean ground beef, then took cauliflower, broccoli, red green and yellow bell pepper, and red onion. Ground all that up and mixed it in with the meat two eggs and ground up a bunch of oats dumped that in.
Does that seem ok especially interested when cutting? for bulking you could change to reg. ground beef?
