pork loin good or bad ???
recently been eating alot of pork loin fillets, cut off all the fat and grill about 3 of them to get a good 50-60g protein, porks a fine choise to go with as a main source of protein isnt it ??? obv not bacon, sausages etc.
diet today
meal 1: 2 whole eggs,6 egg whites,cup oats,large banana,TS peanut butter,half pint skimmed milk.
meal 2: iso 2 nutrition protein shake 40g protein 40g carbs
meal 3: 3 pork loin fillets, cup brown rice, cut tomato,4-5 mushrooms, bunch watercress, TS olive oil
meal 4: iso 2 nutrition protein shake
meal 5: tin of tuna,6-8 boiled potatoes,3 heads brocoli
meal 6: half tub cottahe cheese (250g), sliced pinapple
any adjustments ???

Lean cuts of pork loin are a great protein choice, despite alot of parrots claiming it's an 'inferior' source. Not sure how people came to that conclusion. Some cuts of pork are actually leaner than chicken, and taste way better IMO.
Boneless/center cut pork loin is the way to go. Trim all visible fat and you'll be gtg.

I eat it a lot and am still losing BF and as a matter of fact will be logging in pork loin today for lunch and perhaps even again tonight

Absolutely nothing wrong with lean pork cuts. Great source of protein. Just make sure to trim any visible fat and your g2g.
