Lean cuts of pork loin are a great protein choice, despite alot of parrots claiming it's an 'inferior' source. Not sure how people came to that conclusion. Some cuts of pork are actually leaner than chicken, and taste way better IMO.

Boneless/center cut pork loin is the way to go. Trim all visible fat and you'll be gtg.

I eat it a lot and am still losing BF and as a matter of fact will be logging in pork loin today for lunch and perhaps even again tonight

Absolutely nothing wrong with lean pork cuts. Great source of protein. Just make sure to trim any visible fat and your g2g.
