    Back At It!!!

    Hey everyone now that winter is rolling around and missions are slowing down I finally have time to make it to the gym again. YAY! So I was looking for some insight on what a good bulking diet would be for a hard gainer that lives a active lifestyle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, also if you need any info just ask and ill be more then happy to tell u.

    Welcome back. Post up your stats, goals, and complete diet (meal times, accurate/complete macro nutrient info for each meal) so we know what we're working with.

    21 years old, 170, 5' 8'' BMR is roughly 3100. My goals are to get up to at least 190 before I start cutting, preferably 200.
    Diet is nearly complete crap right now, the only thing I have down is times, at least i think. Meals are pretty unsteady, really the only thing that stays constant is my breakfast since I have the same choice everyday.
    Wakeup + meal - 7:30 am 4 eggs + bowl of oatmeal
    meal/snack - 9:30 am
    Workout - 11 am
    Post workout meal - 12:30 pm
    meal/snack - 3:00 pm
    meal - 5:30 pm
    Workout - 7 pm
    Post workout meal - 8:30 pm
    Bedtime Casein - 11:00 pm
