Ok, its been a long time since I've been on here for those who remember I went away for a while to take care of my father who has passed away recently.
To make a long story short, during the past 9 months I haven't worked out, ate horrible and drank like a fish. Years of work seem to have gone down the drain.
Here's the good news, I'm back, hit the gym for the first time yesterday, my strenght is pathetic and my cardio is even worse, I've got a long road ahead of me and I figured what better place to find my daily inspiration/criticism than right here. Starting tommorow all meals and workouts will be logged in this thread.
Let's get this show on the road!
