    critique my diet! (contest cut)

Hey everyone so I'm going to attempt a bb contest in march. I'm 24 weeks out probably 16% bf, 226 pounds at 5'9. I just want to run my diet by you guys, I want to start cutting early so I can make sure I come in shape.
meat refers to either chicken breast or some type of white fish whatevers on sale that week :P
    workout days

    2 eggs
    8whites
    1/2 cup oats

    250g meat
    8 oz sweet potato

    250g meat
    1 cup brocolli
    1tbsp olive oil

    pre workout
    2 scoops iso
    1/2 cup oats

    2scoops iso
    1/2 cup oats

    250g meat
    veggies
    1tbsp olive oil

on non workout days I remove the pre workout meal and add another 250g meat + veggies + olive oil, also 6g fish oil daily

Please post pics of all mandatory poses and also specify what you mean by "250g of meat". I would drop the iso for whey for post workout. Good luck. I would also suggest getting a prep coach and start thinking about your posing routine.

250g meat= 250g cooked of either white fish or chicken breast. I just say meat because it varies. My gf is out of town the pics will have to wait till next week.

It would be helpful if you could list details of diet (full macros, time). Also what supplements your currently taking. Good luck.

ok this is a pic from a few weeks ago. I had done a good diet but then ate like shit during the summer and have since gone up to this bf. I havnt changed much since been maintaining my weight. As for supps right now not taking anything other than multi fish oil and protein but will start a cycle 16 weeks out not sure what yet probably light test and tren. Im not too big on heavy doses I just do it for fun. I'm not sure what you mean by time but I calculated the macros to be 330p/~200c/ 60f for workout days

^^ time of day for each meal, and workout time.

    Love your daily/total macros.

24 weeks out? Man, if you get your diet in check, you will pwn this. Great size already, and bodyfat doesn't appear to be out of control. I hope you continue to log here, would love to follow your progress.

Thanks man I really wanna get as shredded as possible Its my last year to be a junior (21) and I wanna win it. My legs actually come in first too, I had striations on my quads but could barely see my abs lol. Do you think theres a benefit to really trying to thicken up the abs with heavy resistance or is it just getting shredded enough to see them through diet/cardio?

I would add resistance and develop some muscle to your core. Also obliques excercises but very light weight for that.

I think it's worth it, develop the abs like any other muscle group. But yea, low bodyfat is still going to be the key with regards to them looking good. Big shoulders don't look all that impressive either when bodyfat is high, catch my drift?
