so i started a cycle of test e this week. and i didnt bother checking my diet with anyone so i thought i would now haha, just after any criticism n stuff so post away guys,:
8am * Meal 1 - 6 egg whites, 1 cup of Oatmeal Omega 3 oils
11am * Meal 2 – 300g Chicken Breast (boiled) Broccoli and Brown Rice
12pm-1pm GYM TIME after gym i have a protein shake.
2pm * Meal 3 – 200g Tuna chunks with spinach. Carb load here
5pm * Meal 4 – Stir fry Beef(steak or Kangaroo Mince) with some vegetables No harm in some more carbs here
8pm * Meal 5 – 200g Chicken Breast. Mixed Veggies. Omega 3 oils and small amount of carbs
11pm * Meal 6 – Half cup cottage cheese and protein shake before bed.Full tub cottage cheese
