Thread: new cycle diet

    new cycle diet

    so i started a cycle of test e this week. and i didnt bother checking my diet with anyone so i thought i would now haha, just after any criticism n stuff so post away guys,:

    8am * Meal 1 - 6 egg whites, 1 cup of Oatmeal
    11am * Meal 2 – 300g Chicken Breast (boiled) Broccoli and Brown Rice

    12pm-1pm GYM TIME after gym i have a protein shake.

    2pm * Meal 3 – 200g Tuna chunks with spinach.

    5pm * Meal 4 – Stir fry Beef(steak or Kangaroo Mince) with some vegetables
    8pm * Meal 5 – 200g Chicken Breast. Mixed Veggies.
    11pm * Meal 6 – Half cup cottage cheese and protein shake before bed.

    Stats? Age, height, weight, bodyfat, etc. Cycle details? Macros for your meals?

    18% bf 6'2 110kg. 24yrs old
    being training around 2 years.

    whats macros? lol

    just doing 250mg a week of test e n ill bump it up to 500mg depending on the results after it kicks in.

    11pm * Meal 6 – Half cup cottage cheese and protein shake before bed.Full tub cottage cheese
    You could add another food meal in there somewhere

    Not sure why you'd be running AAS at 18% bodyfat; I don't think you'll be happy with your results.

    Macro's = macro nutrients. If you don't know what that is...

    e.g of macro would be

    200g chicken breast.

    30g protein...

    like that?

    Yep... and don't ignore carbs and fats, they add up - especially fats.
