    question

    Hey guys was wondering if there is any meal replacment shakes that would be really filling and help me continue to lose my weight, i need something quick and filling to drink maybe 3 times a day and have only one heavy protein supper.

    i am gonna be a little busy for the next month or two as some things have popped up so id like something that will help me retain muscle while doing cardio and moderate heavy lifting.

    What is your situation without going into detail please. Will you not have a kitchen around?

    Would you not be able to make your own? When I'm pressed for time (and even when I'm not), I make a protein smoothie:

    water
    crushed ice
    natty PB
    oats
    sugar free chocolate syrup
    cocoa powder (unsweetened, natural/raw)
    fat free half and half
    chocolate protein powder
    instant coffee

    Calorie dense, you can control the macros to make it a perfect meal for whatever time of day you're eating it, and it's delicious!!

    I use a blended protein powder (whey, egg white and casein) with milled oats. Maybe a spoon of Omega 3 in there too.
