I'm trying to bulk, eating as much as I can..
My daily routine goes something like this..
Meal 1Breakfest: Two cups of oatmeal, or 6-8 whole eggs. Sometimes I just substitute this with a shake if I have too..
Meal 2Midmorning: Protein shake Whole food protein source, like cottage cheese, chicken etc.
Meal 3Lunch:Around 3 or so small chicken breast/steak slices Needs complex carbs here, like oats
Meal 4Mid afternoon: Shake Sub this for whole food protein source
Meal 5Diner: Pasta with some Rague, brown rice or chicken breast or steak Broccoli
After diner: I'll usually have a pb and j sandwich, suger free, whole wheat bread.. Drop this
Meal 6 Chicken, steak or fresh fish with broccoli
That's about how it looks daily.. I need serious help with portions, their all over the place, I want to get in around 3500 cals a day..Is that too much or not enough? I'm trying to stay sugar free.
I'll also replace a shake with a can of tuna mixed with peas..Taste good too me, and a bit of mayo..
My living situation is kind of, limited if you will..
I don't have a stove, so I use small grill...really hard so make chicken/steak/ or anything else that needs to be cooked, but I do it..I also have to use a rice cooker for pasta and rice. I'm 21 years old, living by myself, going to working full time..Times are tough for me and I can't fit/afford a stove as of right now. Any suggestions on portion control or different foods so my diet isn't so dry would be awesome.. Thanks guys.
