Macro's please?
Anyone have macros for 4oz pork loin chops...
Every where I look it looks way off...

Remember the general rule of thumb for meats... 1oz = 6g protein, roughly. Assuming you're buying the leanest cut you can find, and trimming any remaining visible fat, fat content should be negligible.
So 4oz is < > 24g protein.
