    Too high in both fat and carbs for a protein powder IMO. There is way better stuff out there.

    Just try to find something tolerable with as few carbs and fat as possible.

    Personally, I use Myofusion. Far from what I described above, but for me it's the best combination of taste vs. macros. Has about half the fat of Syntha 6, and way fewer carbs. Also, it's still a protein blend which is important to me.

    Optimum Nutrition makes a good protein blend that only has 2g fat, not bad.
