okay so this week i have been having a solid meal and a shake etc
example
meal 1: 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites,large cup oats,banana,TS peanut butter,half pink skimmed milk
meal 2: iso2 nutrition weight gain shake (41g protein, 45g carbs)
meal 3: 3 pork loin fillets, large cup brown rice, avacardo pear, 2 chopped tomatoes, spoon olive oil
meal 4: iso2 nutrition weight gain shake (41g protein,45g carbs)
meal 5: large sirloin steak, sliced sweet potato, 3 heads brocoli,mixed berrie
meal 6: 300g cottage cheese, small banana
eating every 2-3 hours, this okay to use the shakes like this ? basically as a meal ???
