    Weak breakfast?

I dont have a lot of time in the morning to make a good meal... nor can I eat a lot in the morning ( just dont have the appetite, and if I do eat a lot I will throw up ) My solution has been eating peanut butter and chasing it down with orange juice. I probably have atleast 2-3 servings at 7g protein per serving and plenty of cals. I have been adding a glass of milk with a scoop of muscle milk which is good for 24g of protein. So I am getting at least 40g of protein and plenty of cals. (im trying to bulk)

Not a great breakfast to be honest. Why can't you at the very least mix up a quick shake with water and add raw oats? I do it every day and actually enjoy it.

I use to eat two packets of oatmeal with a scoop of whey. But like I said something changed and I would be there all day trying to scarf it down because I cant eat in the morning. I also have tried eggs with egg whites but I couldnt get it down and it took too long to make/ clean up

Brother quickest and easiest solution is a shake and oats like GB said. It's really not that hard...

^^^ this. Not to sound like a dick, but man up and eat something. You'll eventually become accustomed to it. I was never a breakfast person either. I'd get nauseous if I ate in the morning. I've reconditioned myself, and I can honestly say now that breakfast is the single most meal I look forward to every day.

Again, a shake with oats dumped in raw... it can't be any quicker or more convenient. You don't even cook them, just dump in, shake, chug, chew, repeat.

I agree with gbrice- you need to condition our body to eat breakfast. I used to never eat and now when I wake up my wife is laughing at me because I don't even speak to anyone until I eat because I am so hungry when I wake up. I just stand there in the kitchen in my boxers chowing down. It may take some to get used to it, but your training your body that means training the stomach too.

    The oatmeal shake! A winner.
1 min to prepare, and goes down easy in no time.
Oats, banana/rasberries/blueberries, protein powder, cinnamon, water/milk.

Very easy. Make your usual protein shake... hopefully just water + protein powder. Add appropriate serving of oats (1/2 cup dry is one serving) - shake vigorously, chug!!!

Tip - buy the Quick Oats for this. They're simply ground into smaller pieces - makes them go down much easier in a shake.
