Could a person on a cut eat 6 meals a day at 4 hour increments? Example meal 1 at midnight, meal 2 at 4am, meal 3 at 8, meal 4 at noon, meal 5 at 4 and meal 6 at 8? If it is a good thing for our bodies to always have something to digest wouldn't this be a good idea? This may come across as a dumb question but I assure you I am not trolling.
