does this look like a good b-fast,snack and lunch
I'm dieting to burn fat. Doing low fat and low sugar.
I eat just the egg whites and the chicken breast is marinated in extra virgin olive oil.Bread is100% whole grain wheat.

Perhaps a visit to the diet section of this forum would help you.
No way would I have any bread in a cutting diet.
