cutting diet
how does this sample diet sounjd guys .im 4 wks out from 1st comp

-45 min am fasted cardio (5 gram bcaa and 5 gram glutamine 1st)
-right after cardio shake 4o gram whey + 40 gram oats +20 gram allbran+tbsp udos oil
-2hrs ltr 40 gram egg whites and 1 slice plain mutigrain toast(16 gram carb)
-2 hrs later 40 grm whey shake
-train
-pwo 40 gram whey +80 gram waxy waize
-ppwo 40 grAM LEAN prot + veggies
-2 hr ltr 40 gram tuna
-bed time 4o gram casein and 1 tbsp fish oil

!!!!main thing im questioning is if i shoukld just have a shake and udos oil post cardio cause i heard it keeps lypolisi burning and if tghis lloks like too many carbs
