    Trying to bulk.. is black hole the answer?

    I eat a fairly good amount but its not showing on the scale so I guess I need to eat a little more. Have any of you tried black hole by control labs? My appetite really isnt the greatest sometimes. I have a hard time believing this stuff will work but I figured maybe some of you have used it and would be abe to give me the low down.

    You can't simply say " I need to eat more and il put on weight"... Supps are not the complete answer either. You need to post your stats and goals to work out how many calories you need a day...

    What's your current diet look like?

    22 6'2" 190lbs. Want to get bigger.
    Breakfast:
    3 servings of peanut butter
    Glass of milk with a scoop of muscle milk
    Lunch:
    Some type of pasta... it varies
    Dinner:
    Varies usually some type of meat (ham, chicken, steak, fish) with either rice or mashed potatos and veggies
    Snack:
    Steak or talapia with rice
    Before bed:
    Protien shake (ice cream, milk, whey, chocolate syrup, and peanut butter)

    WOW, this diet needs a total makeover. The only thing I like would be a dinner of chicken, fish or steak with rice and veggies. Steak and rice for snack is ok too. That before bed shake should be dropped STAT, that goes for breakfast and lunch as well.

    When is your workout? I'll add PWO meal and prob one more meal somewhere. Whey is good PWO and for breakfast, I don't like it much any other time. Again times would be helpful(for meals and workout.

    I work out when I get home from work. So anywhere between like 6-7pm. Im trying to bulk and im a hard gainer so I thought that shake before bed was ok? And I use white rice what is the advantage of brown rice? Im gonna try the breakfast shake.... are raw egg white ok??? I wish I could snack at work but im un able to due to the nature of my job.

    If you're a hardgainer, increase things like sweet potato, rice, lean protein and bump up cals with fish oil supps add another 2 clean meals. Egg whites in carton have been pasteurised so you can have them raw. I don't recommend raw eggs from the shell, there is slight risk of food poisoning(I used to do it for years without a problem mind you)

    Write up your meal times and workout times. Each meal with macros.

    Is white rice ok? I wish I could add more meals but I cant. Its tough to get macros as I dont really know exactly how many cals or protein is in steak or really anything that does have a nutrition label lol

    Its all in admins thread couple of days ago in here. You really need to plan everything out in this game. You need to do it. Check out calorie king website as well. Get yourself some kitchen scales.
