I wish I could help you bro, r-ALA has been a life saver for me during this last week, I cheated a lot (tons of stress in my life) and I know the r-ala is what kept me still looking good.

Probably not, I have never suffered from it but my best friend and workout partner got it in the shoulder also, he could still workout but he had to go lighter, nothing less than 10 reps (12 or so for shoulder specific exercises) he said he felt good with, any lower and pain started. The anti help but not that much. Take it slow and let it heal you will gain much more in the long run with waiting a while and a fully healed shoulder, than getting right back into it and half assing it because of pain. Plus you will gain back whay you lose quickly, muscle memory is a great thing. My boy needed about 2 months to start feeling like he recovered and only took about 1 month to get back to where he was.
