Porridge
Is porridge a good source of carbohydrates?

it's made from rolled oats, a complex carbohydrate. by itself, a good source of complex carbs. just don't add any BS to it and you'll be fine

Call me soft but I seem to hammer honey porridge from uncle tobys, besides the extra fat which doesn't phase me the results for carbs and the gains should be the same is that right

yes, you will still get your complex carbs you need. However, I'm not sure what is in Hammer Honey Porridge besides the oats. I'm sure it tastes good, but that other stuff is probably not clean, and shouldn't be a part of your diet if you are serious with gaining clean weight

Oats are a great source of carbs. I buy whole rolled oats, cook in water (microwave for 2.5 mins), then sweeten with splenda and cinnamon. Sometimes I'll add a banana and/or some berries. One of my favorite things to eat!!!
