    cardio in the morning/weights at night

    So right now I am having a hard time getting enough meals in one day, and wanted to change things up by eating breakfast immediately when I wake up instead of doing early morning cardio on an empty stomach. Is there much of an advantage of doing cardio on an empty stomach, instead of eating then waiting an hr to do cardio?

    Depends on who you ask. LOL.

    I personally think that there is some advantage to fasted cardio, although I don't believe that it's magic as some would have you believe.

    The most important thing is DO YOUR CARDIO, and burn the calories, fasted or not. If it's more convenient to do your cardio later in the day then do it. Burning 400cals is burning 400cals regardless of food intake beforehand.

    You are cutting? If so, you shouldn't really have difficulty hitting your macro's in 1 less meal per day. Unless, of course, you are already only eating 2 meals per day.

    Personally, I'm quite happy for diet alone, with post weights HIIT, to get me down to 10%. No fasted cardio.

    I like am fasted cardio, but if you plan to eat first then do your cardio, do HIIT imo.

    I like am fasted cardio too when I want to get rid of the BF sooner than later.....

    I never liked the idea of fasted cardio in the past. Brosceince had me belive i'd be running away my muscle. In real world, I Have been doing it with great results lately.

    well everyone so far on here is either a knowledgeable member or monitor but i can say for myself ive been having great results with fasted cardio.. just curious as to why ur having a prob getn in enuff meals?

    yep. fasting cardio burns more fat, if that is what you need
