    sleeping time

    Before bed I have some cottage cheese and cas protein. My question is should I be taking some flax seed for good fats during sleep or take just throughout the day. Goal is to get bf% to about 8-10I I am about 14%. And how many grams of good fat should I eat in a day to maintain muscle or want a little more with loosing bf. I am 5'8about 165.

    possible to get a picture up? i'm the same stats but i have no idea what bf% i am, so if your 14% it would be a good comparison for me.
    before bed i wouldn't have any fats at all if your trying to cut, i don't even have cottage cheese because it has a lot more carbs and fat than casein. i just have 1.5-2 scoops of casein before bed.
