My morning breakfast - first meal

For the longest time I would have oats (trader Joes steel cut) with ground flax seed and a scoop of pure whey isolate protein powder. Lately I've replaced the protein powder with nonfat greek yogurt (22gms of protein, 7gms of carbs and no fat per serving). The yogurt is bland but if you add 2 splendas and some blackberries it's actually a pretty tasty meal.

It's definitely an acquired taste that takes time. Splenda (for me) makes it much less bland. I was referring to nonfat greek yogurt. It's virtually tasteless.

I eat Fage 0% and it's 17 grams of carbs which is pretty low for yogurt, but you say 0 carbs?

Edit: apparently the full fat one has 6 grams of carbs.
