    Need help with my bulk

    Stats-

    Age:25
    Height:6ft
    Weight:165
    BMR:1,831
    Daily Mait: 2,838
Lifting: 2-3 years(some time off due to non bb injury)

Have mainly cut/attempted body recomposition in the past.
Would like to a do a 500 calorie surplus bulk

I was 155 and have put on 10lbs within the last few months.

    Cals: 3338
    Macros-
    Protein: 330
    Carbs: 300
    Fat: 100

Ive been trying to get 2g protein per lb. But I read in another thread that this may be overkill?
    Any suggestions appreciated

    Meals are similiar to this:

Breakfeast: 3 whole eggs scrambleed, 2 packet of oatmeal, whey protein shake w/almond breeze
    Gym
PWO Shake: whey protein shake w/almond breeze and a medium bananna
PWO Meal: whole wheat pasta w/ground turkey sauce
    Meal 3: Tuna and brocolli
Meal 4: Protein shake (double serving)
    Meal 5: chicken breast w/rice
Meal 6: 2 natty PB sandwhiches(whole wheat bread)....was low on carbs thus why I did this
Meal 7: Cottage cheese. whey protein shake/almond breeze

    Any suggestions are much appreciated!

I'd make some minor adjustments to the macros by reducing the fat and upping the carbs just a little more. To do this I would replace the meal 4 shake with whole foods such as chicken, brown rice and fibrous veg. 4 shakes in one day is too much bro and if you must have a shake before bed, switch to casein as opposed to whey. I would leave out the breakfast shake too and save it for post workout seeing as you're lifting shortly after meal 1. I'm sure some of the other guys will be able to add some wisdom to your cause.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Thanks for the advice. Also, at what point will I want to up my cals? Is there a certain pound mark or number of weeks?

No set rule I dont think, but I personally wouldnt go from a 500 below maintenance cut to a 500 above maintenance bulk in one week. Try eating at maintenance for 2 weeks and then up to 500 above maintenance.

I agree. Cut the shakes down to 2 at most. Personally, I do one shake and thats post workout. I would add at least one cup of oats to your post workout shake which will give you 54g of carbs, I use two cups to get the 108g of carbs. Also I would add some baked potatoes to your diet as well. I would also use ezkiel bread rather than a regular wheat bread. Good luck
