Please advise on nutrition of following meal

Spent half of my day off cooking and freezing meals for work. All meals consisted of primeraly chicken, Brown rice, various vegetables, nuts and flavourings.
I am 41 Traditionally skinny, trying to bulk up and have recently been prone to a small belly.

I measured every ingredient and checked the nutritional value of them. They are as follows:

    Calories seven hundred and eighty

    Carbs 91g

    Protein 52g

    Fat 17g

I think the fat content may be high but the vast majority of this comes from the nuts ( almonds)

I eat two of these per day along with breakfast ( porridge and wholemeal toast )
evening meal ( usually eggs )
    Usn anabolic muscle fuel drink
    Whey protein drink
approx 3 bananas and two apples

I have just started this diet and would appreciate some advice on how this is likely to affect me - gym 3/4 times per week.
    thanks

    Welcome to the board!

It would be really helpful if you list your complete stats (height, weight, bodyfat fat percentage, if you know it - or post pics if you have them).

Also, please list your complete diet (i.e. each food item and accurate macro nutrient info, not just macros) along with time of day for each meal, and where your workout and cardio fits into the picture. Something like:

    Meal 1: 7am
1 whole egg, 6 whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana
    30g protein, 40g carbs, 8g fat

    Meal 2: 10am
6oz chicken breast, 2 cups broccoli, 3 fish oil caps
    etc etc etc

    You get the picture.

Thanks new to this so may take a minute as not sure of some stats and trying hard to get my head round everything ( lots more to think about than i initially anticipated ) Have been trying to improve general fitness for about a year and a half now but decided to go the extra mile and try to make the most of myself. Been experimenting with excercise and diet and have had a bit of advice on here.
    New diet just started.

6.30 Porridge ( not done nutritional values yet )
    2 slices wholemeal toast
    banana

10.00 1/2 cup brown rice (uncooked measurement)
    1/2 pepper
    1/4 onion
    1 spring onion
    1 large chicken breast
    some dried black beans
    cashew nuts

    total: *** calories 91g carbs 52g protein 17g fat

    12.30 tescos sushi
    banana

    2.00 activia yogurt
    apple

    4.00 same as 10.00

    6.00 usn anabolic drink
    banana

7.00 Gym for approx 1 hr ( havent joined gym yet but work reallyhard on multi gym and dumbells)

    8.30 3 egg omlette ( I keep chickens)
    Whey protein.

I know this isnt all ideal but work about 65 hours per week and I'm really putting everything I can into this.Have never eaten this amount in my life before and just manage. Trying extremely hard to stick to exercise regime but if I do miss a couple of days can notice difference in belly - prob my age.
