I have always lost fat while gaining muscle. I don't eat to grow as I have been trying to shed fat all year. I can slowly gain muscle and lose fat at 2000 - 2200 calories a day. Lately I have been cutting at 1800 think I am still gaining muscle...but not at the rate people would demand when on cycle.
Diet is key. Have you posted your diet in the nutrition section?
Havnt posted it cause I just eat...clean, 5to 6x a day been good start for week. Irish oats and cottage cheese wit coffee, then post erk out cup lean ground beef, 1/2cup quenoa, 1/2c kidney beans, then no carb 50g protien shake and pear, afternoon is cottage cheese and another protien shake, dinner is roast aspargras, trkey tips, salad thays typical
It's possible however i'd focus primarily on one goal over the other. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to make both goals happen efficiently. Just my experience.
yeah man, what GB said, cut/strip first, carb cycle and then bulk, 13 weeks each, i did it, see avi for results, and im doing again next year.
