New & Need Help with Keto Diet
Hi there, I'm new to this forum.
I want to start the Keto Diet, I did it a few months back & lost about 20 pounds, but unfortunately gained some of it back & I'm super unhappy now with my weight.
I'm 5'3" & I'm at 137 lbs, I was at 152 when I had started.
I know how to do it, my boyfriend did it before me & helped me through it, so I got the gist of it. My problem is breakfast. I'm allergic to eggs, nothing crazy - they just give me headaches. But I cannot tolerate them, they make me gag and I can't. Scrambled, Sunny side up, hard boiled, any type of egg is just gross to me.
So, I need advice on what I can eat for breakfast that's allowed in this diet.. Please please, let me know.

Any protein really. Steak, fish, chicken, turkey, zero carb cottage cheese. Really it's about what you want to eat as you rise!
But yeah, steak would be my choice.

oh, I love cottage cheese. I don't know why I didn't think of that. I usually would have it before I go to bed.
I'll keep the steak in mind though. Thanks guys
