    more than 3 meals...not for me..I cant

    Well i see alot of people eat about 5-6 meals a day. Well im gonna have a problem in this area when i start my cycle cause i work from 4pm to 9pm.....When im at work im usually busy and cant eat. I can only eat when i get off at 9pm....By then its a little to late to eat cause im trying to get cut. what to do what to do ? ? ?

    What kind of job do you do that you can't eat....do you get breaks?

    I eat at work no problem, they actually asked me if they pay me to eat once. haha. It isn't hard. I suggest that if you are having a problem getting in the meals try some bars or MRP. There are some good bars and MRPs out there, I like real food better but in a crunch they work.

    Well i work at an italian Restaraunt...But i think ill buy some VPX Micellean Bioactive Superfood meal replacements.. Thanks

    the meatballs we make at work have bread crums in them..i wanna lose weight and get cut...so i think a meatball would be a bad idea...

    I agree with you T5 I worked in a rest for most of my younger life and it is hard to eat healthy there. I would just bring my own food. Nice having a kitchen at your finger tips though.

    Yup....I would whip up some pretty interesting dishes where I worked one time.
