Hi, I am 6'2 and about 218lbs, I wanted to go with a cycle to help me with motivation and adding muscle up but the real issue is fat... I'd would like to be leaner and more cut... I did the daily calorie test and I need about 2550 calories /day when not working and about 3500 when working... It's tough for me to make a perfect diet because I work 12hrs/day for 14days straight and then 1 week off.. While working my breaks are never the same, sometimes I can eat only once and other times 3-4.. depends on the job... Anyone with meal and snack suggestions? My goal is to go down to 10% the quickest of course.. I do have a micro wave at work and thats it.. Thanks!
