Romaine salad w/ low fat dressing
7-9...lift
Post work out...Protein shake......with dextrose
Trying to keeps carbs to a min @6;00 except post workout.
breakdown is something like 2300-2500 cals 250g pro....100-150 carbs
50g fat........Cardio is 3-4 times a week.. brisk walking on incline
