    Oats in the morning

I'm a fat kid. Always have been. Never had an appetite problem.
I can't seem to muscle down 100g of oats with my morning breakfast to save my life. I can't get through half of it. Wtf?

^agree with Dan. cut down to 2 oz, and put the other 2oz in a shaker with some protein powder and down the hatch. since not full of water (unboiled) then lighter on the stomach

btw.. if that is you in your avi, I don't think you are a "fat kid" anymore!?

Uncooked, dumped right into a shake - doesn't get any easier than that. Personally, I enjoy them that way too!

I do two packages of flavored oatmeal and two peices of ezkiel bread. Its a total of 94g of carbs every morning. I'm a big fan of food over shakes in the morning. However, whatever gets the job done is the most important. Good luck
