Goals - Too put on as much muscle as possible in 10 weeks.
Diet - Money is very tight hence ive included alot of of cheap protein/carb sources like eggs, tuna, whey, oats, and milk.
8am - 3 eggs, 100g oats, 400ml whole milk, pnt butter 800cal 40g
12pm - 5 eggs, pnt butter sandwich, 400ml whole milk 800cal 45g
PreWK - 100g oats, can tuna 450cal 40g
PostWK - Protein shake, 400ml whole milk, egg 400cal 40g
6pm - chicken breast, potatoes, 400ml whole milk 500cal 30g
8pm - 100g oats, can tuna, flax oil 550cal 40g
10pm - scrambled eggs (3), toast, 600ml milk 700cal 30g
Totals 4200cal 265g
Ive always drank alot of milk (6-8 pints every day when I bulked up as a teenager).
Please tear apart my diet but bear in mind money is very tight and ive opted for the cheapest sources of protein and complex carbs.
