sounds like 40% of your diet should be carbs, for the weight loss you want.
Veggies. I go really low on carbs for weight loss and veggies are the only source that is good IMO... If you have a faster metabolism you can add some oats, slow cook brown rice, sweat potatoes........ Lower GI carbs.
